When considering putting a logo or artwork onto a balloon. We will firstly quote you and then take a look at the artwork. We require it to be sent in a PDF or Illustrator CS3.

Our Graphics Lady here who is a whiz with the Adobe Illustrator package will take a look at it, alter it and size it to a print area of 125mm dia. colour it and generally make it perfect for the final stage. She will send you a visual to approve or can alter the visuals for a final perfect logo of your choice for your promotional balloons. Prices will be agreed and monies taken for the final stage of your balloon printing order.

This logo is then transferred onto a transparent sheet which is then sent into the factory with the paperwork, here our master printer will spend quote a long time in a darkend room surrounded by chemicals of a horrible nature. He will transfer the image onto a silk screen which is then used when dry on the printing machines. Ink is mixed to pantone shades put into ink trays and balloons are picked of the specific colour of your choice. The machines are very noisy and work endlessly printing thousands of balloons. They are dried in big dryers to solidify the ink and then graded by our quality control team to pick out any rejects. Then if required they are hand-valved, counted and bagged if necessary. Sometimes even in 10’s. They are then parcelled up and sent via Interlink for a next day delivery service. Accessories are added at this stage like cups and sticks and pumps, nets etc. Interlink have a full tracking service.
